What about Location?We offer in-person full service interior design packages to both Ontario, Canada and Marco Island Florida (and surrounding areas). But we also have eDesign packages for those who want to work virtually online with us. We are happy to work in-person or online to meet your design needs!

Q. What is eDesign?A. eDesign is a virtual interior design service where all consultations and design processes are handled online. Using tools like video calls, emails, and digital collaboration platforms, I provide design solutions tailored to your space, style, and needs without the need for in-person meetings.

Q. What budgets do you typically work with? Will you work within mine?A. I work with a range of budgets and am committed to finding creative solutions that align with your financial plan. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your budget to ensure that the design plan fits within your financial parameters.

Q. How long does the design process take?A. The timeline for an eDesign project varies based on the scope and complexity. Generally, it takes about 2-4 weeks from the initial questionnaire to receiving your final design. This includes time for creating mood boards, concept designs, and revisions. I’ll provide a more specific timeline once we discuss your project details.

Q. What if I'm not liking the end result?A. I strive to ensure you’re thrilled with the outcome by offering multiple revisions based on your feedback. If there are aspects you’re not satisfied with, we’ll work together to make adjustments until the design aligns with your vision. Your satisfaction is my priority!

Q. How do you handle if something is out of stock from my shopping list?A. If an item from your shopping list becomes unavailable, I’ll provide you with alternative suggestions that fit within your design. I keep track of stock updates and will help you find suitable replacements to ensure your project stays on track.

Q. Will I be able to communicate with the designer?A. Absolutely! Communication is key to a successful project. You can reach me via email, chat on the design platform, or through scheduled Zoom calls. I’m here to answer your questions and provide support throughout the design process.
